You forgot the " observer " the one shooting someone falling or being pushed out in front of the oncoming train but does nothing to intervene.

Who doesn't strictly speaking have a camera yet, tho he so so nearly bought each and every new camera that came out the last 2 years ...
but he is still tempted to wait wait and WAIT for the next even better one?!!? After all he knows that it's all about the camera.
