I like the work you've done on this image, and I know the color palette is
the trend in editorial work now, but it's not my cup of tea.

On the other hand, I love the palette in here! Anyway, I think this is a really good job which needs just a bit of more tweaking. Probably, what caught my attention first was the fact that she has a darker area around her mouth which doesn't blend with her cheekbones, right where those wrinkles form when you smile. If you look closely, the bottom part of her face looks too dark compared to the top part. This fragments the face in two while what you really want is to have it all blended together into one solid element.
Rather than that, the texture is great, it doesn't look fake at all, and at the same time has a clean and smooth look!

Thanks for the feed back guys. I reworked the carving and think I did a better job. I will post shortly. The color palette was a risk. I like it but I do realize it is not the norm. I will do some more color correct versions in the future.
