Looks like the skin tone is all over the place. I find it helpful to use layer of black set to overlay, with a black/white filter over that in order to visualize skin tones.

Here's a screen shot to demonstrate what I mean:



You can see uneven tones in her forehead, a patchy area next to her mouth, and her neck is blotchy.
