Some nice visual ideas, such as this:



But basic elements of photographic technique are clearly lacking in our port. I see camera shake because your shutter speed is too low.



Also I'm not sure whether deep shadows like in the image above really suit the subject.

There are also issues with focus and overexposure elsewhere.
Your subject matter is good, it's something that you could develop by honing your camera technique and applying some post-production.
The first two images in your first row would benefit from a reflective disc to light up the faces of your models.
