Tutorial for Xmas - Redhead Girl With Freckles
Hey, guys. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  I have a gift for you. Just recorded a Girl With Freckles retouching workflow and how you might deal with skin retouching and problems like; discoloration of the skin, keeping the skin looking smooth and natural while preserving the Freckles. Also how to do color correction with curves and layer masks and various other tips & tricks. I will be using in this tutorial various techniques like Dodging and Burning, curves and other color correction tools, some intermediate to advance masking and more. I hope you enjoy the video. (: edit: Btw, isn't the softening that you talked about around 13 min, caused by the software of the camera when the image was created (because of the Bayer pattern), not because of the transfer from the camera? I have it as an action and I rarely if ever have used it (but you never know). I tried one time for wrinkles on clothes it did a good job but it's nothing you can't do with the regular tools. I like being able to heal on the LF layer, and the band stop option, plus painting on a clipped layer to the LF layer. There are a lot of pixel roads to get where you are going I guess.
