Just started doing some photography using models this year and looking for critiques.  Hopefully constructive... but honesty is definitely appreciated.  What am I really lacking, or need the most work on.  Thanks!

male talent in your book...
To be taken seriously as a commercial lens person you need to consider having a healthy gender mix in your book...

that said, this is a rather compelling visual statement... kudos to the team here...

Your white backgrounds are grey.  Use a background light at least at the level of the light on the model to get the background to a pleasing white.
