I think most of image is done well, there is no separation on tiara to
background though, if that is not a concern then it is okay.

I know the image who was your inspiration but in my opinion, the original it not looking good and random use of fractals can ruin your image, maybe think of a concept more than effects, sometimes can have more impact.
