I google searched with not much luck. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good and affordable studio that does hourly rentals? Maryland, DC, and surrounding areas...

The studios are pretty large with high ceilings. The building is a modern industrial park, so cinder block, drywall and drop ceiling construction. Fine if you want to shoot seemless. Havent been there in over a year.

If your looking for something non traditional....try the Graffiti Warehouse in Baltimore.
Its an old 3 story warehouse with large natural light rooms with floor to ceiling (20' high) windows and rents by the hour. Plus tons of great graffiti on the first floor and in the alley.
