I'm sure like most of you (photographers) I inevitably got an itchy trigger finger over the holiday period so put a shout out to see if somebody wanted to shoot in between the Christmas and New Year period.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a good response from the models in my locale, one such model being Frances. Frances had contacted me about a shoot previously and we hooked up for a trip to Wollaton Hall in Nottinghamshire yesterday with 24hrs notices.

Frances arrived under her own steam at the hall and we sat and chatted for a while about wardrobe and shoes smile and signed the release form then set off for the Hall.

We planned to do the shoot inside the Hall (open to the public) just using daylight through the big open windows and hoped not to attract too much attention. This failed miserably as it wasn't long before we'd attracted a small gathering of onlookers.

In turn this attracted the attentions of the Hall Manager. He approached us and asked if we were shooting 'commercially'; we said 'no', which was the truth and he gave us his blessing to carry on shooting.

Frances is new to modelling but she had oodles of confidence, totally ignored everyone around us and we had great fun. We shared a Hot Chocolate afterwards in the cafe and then said our goodbyes.

Hoorah for MM TF models. smile

Here are a couple of shots from yesterday:

LOL - sorry to hear that.

It was a covert operation: I stripped the camera down and popped a little prime lens on it. We blended in with the tourists. smile
