I really like this shot, i like her posing and her expression. I think the only thing I have an issue with is styling. The reason why I picked styling over posing is because you're a photographer so I believe you have your objective of creating a mood and feel of the photo established if it was a model i was doing this for I would say change the pose.

I have an issue with her waist line. That dress is beautiful and fits well but in that pose with that feel the styling needs more to accentuate her waist. It can be done with different posing but we don't want to mess with the posing in this case so an accessory or an addition piece to her wardrobe can take care of it on the styling side.

Thank you, I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of that perspective.

I hope you feel better soon!!

Since we are from the same area, I'll serve up two, and hope at least one of them makes you feel better. smile

Here's the first:

And, here's the second:

Who knows, maybe our paths will cross one of these days, too. smile  In the meantime, I hope you feel better soon!

We actually closed submissions here at 10 but I'll continue just don't want to get overwhelmed and just abandon the thread. smile

I'll talk about the second one, as strange as it is for me. smile

I really loved it. The pattern on the bedding the dark shadows; the little details which give a setting a sense of luxury; those beads running down the models back all those thing give this a beautiful and rich feel. I was going to say that the water droplets don't make sense but it works, you sold me even on that. smile

Thank you Emme, I feel the same about you.

I love that photo, it has the fantasy and ethereal feel to it. Like a Greek priestess from one of the old myth based movies. Which brings me to one thing that ruins it for me. Just a small detail on your top, if it was without the patter would have been amazing. smile

Very lovely! The mood, the styling, and her expressions tell me that she's in a dream or fantasy world, in her own mind. I find this shot very artistic and beautiful.

Wow, thank you!

I love the model, her expression, her posing even with the hand. I think I just don't like all the extra space around her. Maybe crop it tighter into a portrait. smile

Love the hair and make up, your eyes really popped out in this shoot and they are just beautiful. The dress is cute but I don't particularly like the pose. Seems like it's halfway there, as thought it needs some balance on the other side.

Since I finally managed to get a day off or actually forced one on me I'll pick this up for a few hours.

Jade I love that image, from the mood of the photo to the wardrobe down to the long hair and bare feet it's just all falling into perfect harmony. It's a story in just one photo makes one wonder and want to find out more.
