If you tell me what my best and worst images are, I'll give you my immediate opinion of your best and worst images. A lot of the time I spend ~20 seconds looking at a person's portfolio, see what that first impression entails!
No fair, I spend hours drooling over your portfolio, you have an unfair advantage!
I haven't seem some of your newer work though, and I really like it.
Worst I'd say is this:
You have great, quality face shots and this one just ages you a bit. What's it doing for you?
Love your avatar, I think it's gorgeous and is an immediate "best", but you have so much good stuff it would take days to really pick a favorite. Frankly, I think some of your older stuff is better (quality photography, not you) and should be moved towards the top of your portfolio. I like that you do commercial, but the eye catching stuff is the awesome editorial/fashion that makes me want to scroll to the bottom to see ALL your talents.
I LOVE your avatar as well. So many levels of fierce. I love your old avi's ( and if I remember correctly) too.
This I've never been a huge fan of:
It's just a little too drag. You have gorgeous ass bone structure and can rock androgyny with zero issues, and I think the rest of your portfolio shows that off. Everything I would say this image shows is shown in better quality in your other images (jawline, high end makeup, red hair, etc.)

Just looked at that again, and I find my comment amusing. I still love it, but the first time, I didn't notice that the shirt was see through. I only got as far as the face and hair.

Not too sure about your 2nd photo/photos-Do like your last one, I would move it up
Thanks!
You have a totally kick ass port as well. You have so, so much great stuff, I think your avi is perfect and gorgeous and lovely and an immediate "best", but like Kelli you have so much great stuff.
Neil, your portfolio is stunning from start to finish. Picking a favorite is literally impossible. Your avi, your "women" cover, your first, last, and every one in between photo.

For least favorite, I'd say this:
Agreed there is something that just looks unfinished with that picture.
I always try to make my next picture my best one. I am never really satisfied with any pictures more than for a few days. Hence judging by what you have done, very good, your next will be better if you choose carefully your future collaborations.
I love me some film, but this just seems much too overly contrasted for the joys film can produce:
It doesn't show enough of your face to get good emotion, the whole thing is just a chunk of black and white.
I'm also a sucker for storytelling, so I love this:
