Hi,

I till now use 2 shoot wedding with just one camera, so life was sorted..now got 2 bodies and have different set of lens to get better effects etc..

I have set both camera on same time /date, so once I am done with the shoot, I download all images from  both cameras in a common folder....

When I export them in LR, photos get mixed up..pictures don't come one after other in timeline based on Time Code, but papers based on camera preference...

I have tried using 2 different camera's 7D and 5d andtwo same Camera 5D mark 2 and 3..but still sam concern..

here is what I am looking at:-

- I usually have prime on one and zoom on other, so one shot is close up and one full length , both with different cameras.
- I want when i export in LR all pics " should come based on time preference so that its easy for me to see sequence of pics shot one after other...

Can any one help ?

In gallery view, set sort by shoot time. It's at the bottom, on the left, above the thumbnails.

don't know about lroom but aperture has a feature where i can change the time stamp to get images from two cameras to line up properly or i can adjust the camera time if i forget to adjust for daylight savings or it was off for some reason.

LR does also.
For Nikon users Nikon View can sync the cameras, never used it myself but read about it.

I shoot multiple bodies and after keywording I have no problems getting LR to ignore the file # and sort by date/time shot.

Yes, Lightroom will do that too.
