Gotta message from a model who's spending the weekend in the Select Models guestroom. Her requirements and comments on the bed were:
1. It must have a very plush pillowtop matress that is queensize or larger.
2. The bed spread must be of a thick down construction, with a dustruffle.
3. Sheets on the bed must not have a thread count lower than 600.
After reading this I'm thinkin... OMG... who the Hell is this chick?... Buckingham Palace royality or the Princess and the Pea?...
It's got a pillowtop queensize matress that's not very plush (but described as quite soft and comfortable)... a pretty warm bedspread that has no down... and sheets with a 300 thread count... but for 'Little Miss Picky Bitch' I'm thinkin this arrangement WILL NOT cut the mustard...
Is my guestroom bed really that ghetto?... or could her tastes be alittle on the extravigant side?... you tell me...
Small disclaimer: I'm used to getting the bulk of my sleep on planes/trains/buses/subways/hired cars in between the things I need to get done, so perhaps I am spectacularly unfussy?

Sounds fine to me.
No other requirements?
Nothing about air conditioning or bowl full of M & M's (no brown ones)?
I hope you tell her that you think she is such a bitch, so then she can decide against staying with you with full knowledge of your disdain towards her (and likely women in general).
OP, you could tell her she's described the specs for your own bed, and well, if she wants to join you in that for the night she's more than welcome.
Then watch her run...
On a serious note, I hope your breakfast-making skills are up to par because I suspect she may not be a morning person if she doesn't get the bed she's after.

My 'Guest' bed is an Army-issue collapsable cot and your own sleeping-bag - though I have an extra duvet just in case.
If people don't like it they can book a hotel room.
Those army cots are the most comfortable things to sleep on, ever - I spent the better part of the last decade sleeping on one... When they get a bit 'saggy' just hose them down with soapy water, let them air-dry with the tension-bars removed and they tighten right up again.

... great idea! I'll tell her I have a king size with 1200 threadcount sheets and a super plush pillowtop matress...
I don't really care if it's an unreasonable request.
If you want to shoot with her badly enough to pick up some sheets at Target, then it's kind of a moot judgement call.
If you don't, then I guess that's pretty much just a moot point as well.
