Gotta message from a model who's spending the weekend in the Select Models guestroom.  Her requirements and comments on the bed were:

1.  It must have a very plush pillowtop matress that is queensize or larger.
2.  The bed spread must be of a thick down construction, with a dustruffle.
3.  Sheets on the bed must not have a thread count lower than 600.

After reading this I'm thinkin... OMG... who the Hell is this chick?... Buckingham Palace royality or the Princess and the Pea?... yikes

It's got a pillowtop queensize matress that's not very plush (but described as quite soft and comfortable)... a pretty warm bedspread that has no down... and sheets with a 300 thread count... but for 'Little Miss Picky Bitch' I'm thinkin this arrangement WILL NOT cut the mustard... roll

Is my guestroom bed really that ghetto?... or could her tastes be alittle on the extravigant side?... you tell me... hmm

Sounds fine to me.

Small disclaimer: I'm  used to getting the bulk of my sleep on planes/trains/buses/subways/hired cars in between the things I need to get done, so perhaps I am spectacularly unfussy?

Those requirements have drama written between the lines.  I'd say "next."

I just had a model sleep on my couch. It is a comfy couch but it isn't a bed.

I don't even ask for those things when I get a hotel room much less someones guestroom.

I don't get it. Did she expect you to buy a new bed and comforter for her?

You don't have an extra down comforter somewhere?  Is she hot at least?

Buy the stuff she wants. Make it all perfect for her. Bend over backwards to make her happy.

... But hide a pair of speakers under the bed.

... And on her first night, at about 3 or 4am, blast some deathmetal at full volume through the speakers.

Be sure you have a nightvision video camera set up to document her reaction. Then post on YouTube.

No other requirements?

Nothing about air conditioning or bowl full of M & M's (no brown ones)?

Coffee at xx AM?

What were the other requests?

I hope you tell her that you think she is such a bitch, so then she can decide against staying with you with full knowledge of your disdain towards her (and likely women in general).

OP, you could tell her she's described the specs for your own bed, and well, if she wants to join you in that for the night she's more than welcome.

Then watch her run...

On a serious note, I hope your breakfast-making skills are up to par because I suspect she may not be a morning person if she doesn't get the bed she's after.

Find a straw tick mattress, put it on the bed, tell her to pound sand.

I really want to believe those requirents are tounge-in-cheek...

I mean 450 thread count sheets are totally fine.

My 'Guest' bed is an Army-issue collapsable cot and your own sleeping-bag - though I have an extra duvet just in case.
If people don't like it they can book a hotel room.

Those army cots are the most comfortable things to sleep on, ever - I spent the better part of the last decade sleeping on one... When they get a bit 'saggy' just hose them down with soapy water, let them air-dry with the tension-bars removed and they tighten right up again.

I don't really care if it's an unreasonable request.
If you want to shoot with her badly enough to pick up some sheets at Target, then it's kind of a moot judgement call.
If you don't, then I guess that's pretty much just a moot point as well.
