Post your high-powered mutants, technological dead-ends, quirky dedigns, or anything else that didnt quiet hit mainstream.
This is mine - a Graflex Ke-4. Rare, and enormous rangefinder.

Roundshot D3. I didn't own it, but had a client who owned several hotels and condos bought one presumably to do Virtual Tours of his properties who let me use it.
I didn't even know where to begin when he showed it to me and I think they are in the $40k range. I guess he was doing well to get this as an experimental toy.

Yashica LM (not to be confused with Yashica Mat LM). 6x6 Medium format TLR camera, made in the late 50's and early 60's. Guaranteed confused looks from anyone and everyone. Great pictures though

Without a doubt my collection of commercial and hand made Technical Masks. I'll bet that less that 10% of you know what one is and that fewer than 1% have ever used one.

Apart from my collection of old 120/127 film cameras like Vredebursch and Comet, it has to be my Pringles tube snoot.

I also LOVE my 6x7 (220/120) adapters for my Crown Graphic press camera.
Think of it as a "cropped sensor" for the 4x5!
LOL!

We had one like that at a compagny I worked. We want to determine the exact distance to a camera hanging at around 100 feet in the air. It was a cool piece of equipment. It even had it's own camera with zoom-capabilty. We could pinpoint the laser of the measuring-device right at the camera and determine the exact height.

Sunpak 622 auto pro 'potato masher' flash with bare bulb attachment and the battery pack stripped off and rc model battery pack wired in. It is an ugly flash to begin with but now it is like the frankenstein of flashes and probably looks more like an improvised explosive device!

Hitech Soft Net Black and Soft Net White filters. Essentially 4"x4" pantyhose sandwiched between two glass plates for softening highlights or shadows.

Don't have anything really exotic.
I do have a 669 Polaroid back for my Nikon 8008. Which was always a headache to attach/detach. Haven't used it since I stopped shooting chrome.
Edit: Oh and I have some softnet filters mentioned above also from the late 80's.
