ok, so here is proccess
1. Basic color correction at Camera RAW
2. Healing the most large imperfections and composition at empty layer
then skin:
I use, high pass and apply image with different values of gaussian blur ...
then I use dodge and burn (manual) with 50% grey layer, Curves lite and dark, I also use eye help with desaturation and contrast. Then I clone and heal ones again when the skin is smooth. at the end I use grain disperse and a little value of high pass to sharp the image..
