I personally believe you are already a great retoucher! In my opinion, what truly makes a picture stunning has to do with the photographer's ability; and the retoucher's skills probably show off mostly when the photo is a close-up of a model's face, in which you can see the work in detail. One little advice would be to give your images a bit of more contrast: once you're done with it, just add a contrast adjustment layer in photoshop and see what you can do with that; or also try curves, which pretty much also control the contrast.

Definitely that retoucher makes the shading much more intense; meaning the highlights are lighter and shadows are darker (just going over the same areas with a brush repeatedly or using a high % of flow/opacity in the brush settings would do). Personally, they look too fake, plastic and over processed, I think somewhere in between your style and hers would be great!

What is missing? Good images and d&b work.
Stop using any kind of blur.

ok, so here is proccess
1. Basic color correction at Camera RAW
2. Healing the most large imperfections and composition at empty layer
then skin:
I use, high pass and apply image with different values of gaussian blur ...
then I use dodge and burn (manual) with 50% grey layer, Curves lite and dark, I also use eye help with desaturation and contrast. Then I clone and heal ones again when the skin is smooth. at the end I use grain disperse and a little value of high pass to sharp the image..
