I think Space 4 shoots would be ok
No stairs at entrance and elevator to the studio
Check with the management

I think most commercial studios tend to be ground floor and garage door for unloading all your gear or have large service elevator, unless you're talking about longterm rentals

Milk, Pier 59, bathhouse all have ways of getting in with wheelchair.
