Monitor calibration query ?
Hey guys just bought your product , i have a question I will be using my HP external monitor for all my photographic editing and thats the screen i want to color calibrate, the screen i also use for my xbox. After calibrating the first time would that stay same everytime i switched the monitor from pc to xbox or would i have to re calibrate everytime since its been used for two seperate things? hope this makes sense Regards Cam Jan 08 13 03:16 pm Link The calibration profile will be stored on the PC so as long as it is loaded then the monitor will be calibrated. Just my $0.02 Ciao Stefano www.stefanobrunesci.com Jan 08 13 03:50 pm Link -B-R-U-N-E-S-C-I- wrote: Yeah, pretty much. It's just a little piece of data that tells your video card how to correct the monitor according to the settings you set when calibrating. If it doesn't load automatically you can do it manually typically using the software that comes with the calibration device.
