There are a number of "Dark Spot Corrector" type serums and other treatment products. Some contain bleach, some don't. Clinique has one for men but it works slowly as will most non-bleach product that you get from a store and not from a facialist/skin specialist/esthetician or dermatologist (which usually contain bleach).

Investing in one of these treatments may help, but more importantly to make sure you don't get more:
