Our next regularly scheduled event.  Open to Mayhem Photographers and Models.  Limited Ratio Attendance.  With 3-4 models.  Baldwin Park.  Fashion and optional costume.  Please give models photos.  We're using a scenic park and there's a lot to use. Location offers a Variety of Backdrops and Covered area.  Free snacks and beverages.

Beginners to experienced.  Models ages 15+.  No nudity or lingerie, no alcohol.  It's a Gathering for pictures and networking.  Models may promote themselves.  No Escorts allowed, unless registered as a Photographer.  Exempt are parents and non-photographing spouses.  Freeway close to LA, OC.

Photographers may also use 1 light stand with strobe.  Stand with reflector Ok.  Camera flash on camera OK.

Why Money is NOT Collected at Public Parks.  This was added per photographers asking about it. You're Not Allowed to Collect Money, unless you have a Commerial Permit.  I.E. Selling admission and food.  Collecting Money is one of the best ways to get shut-down and cited.  They could also confiscate the money, plus equipment.  Do you want that risk?  If you argue, they'll have a greater reason to cite you.

There's some exceptions for money collection at Private Parks, If granted permission.  But, usually for Public Parks, you'll need something like a Carnival Permit.  Selling food equals Health Inspection and Vending Permit.  You can see where this goes.  That's why we only ask a Small amount before-hand to help cover expenses.

The management does NOT allow for their name or address to be used.  Please ask questions Prior to date.  Don't wait too long.  Directions sent about 3 days prior.

Just reminding...You need to be Pre-Registered to Attend.  (Refunds possible.) The current weather forecast has possible rain, but this format allows for flexibility, which is why it was done this way.  Instead of credit, we'll do refunds if needed.

-Refunds, If we need to cancel per weather, registrations will be refunded.  Points though are credited/given for helping.

-No Refunds, If we do the shoot.  Points credited.  Self-explanatory.

Who are the models attending?

Do to a family emergency, I will not be able to attend this shoot. Will look forward to the next shoot.

Opening for 1 photographer.  Another model can possibly be added, if there's 1 more photog signup Today.  Otherwise, the model will be added for a separate shoot.  We're planning to go 2-4 models/4-6 photogs, right now.

The discount is expired, but a signup Completed Today-Fri is $20.  The advance discount was for helping and everything is already setup.

Reminder, 11:45A at the Park

It was a nice day with No Rain.  Photos shortly.  We want to remind people (especially New Ones) Not to be afraid of rain.  Most of our locations have covered areas anyway.  This format maintains low ratios, which protects against no shows.  We had 1 no shw, but it still worked.  The attending model was early and beautiful.  Everyone photographed 1 on 1.

It's important to register Before the shoot. The last day to register was Fri, with a chance to add a model.  Otherwise, they would be offered a separate shoot.  We know that too low of a ratio results in standing around.  1 photog was also out.  So, we stayed with 2 mods, and offered a 3rd a separate shoot
