Can anyone lend me some new tips on posing? Sites I can check out ect? With my next shoot I'm trying to convey strength and facing adversity. Cerebral Palsy awareness.
I appreciate the advice!

A good model is a good actress- facial expressions are just as important. Move agter wvery shitter click, even if it seems stupid and "bot thought out". Some of the best poses arent thought out.

Do poses standing, sitting, on the floor. Use your arms/hands/fingers. On your hips, on your face, over your head, etc. just keep moving, and actually FEELING it.

Google is your friend.  So is your mirror.

1.Start by standing, sitting, reclining, etc.
2.Next decide what direct to face
3.Next pose your main body, then arms/legs
4.Position your head...  then eyes.
5.Lastly little details like fingers etc.

Go back to 4. for a few images then back to 1. 2. or 3.

Repeat

These steps can happen very quickly, sometimes 3. 4. 5. can
take as little 2-3 seconds.

Don't worry about the exact pose being perfect. A mediocre pose
can lead to an awesome pose.

Try to get proofs of each shoot to analyze.
In between shoots, a mirror is your best friend, but never during a shoot.

Always think about the shapes you're creating in regards to the camera as a flat surface.
Look for images that give you the same feeling you want to portray and analyze why they're giving you that feeling.

Think about what kind of person is in the position you're posing in, and embody that. If I'm all pretzeled up ridiculous I might be forlorn and therefore in that pose, or anguished and therefore in that pose, or maybe I'm peaceful and therefore in that pose. Whatever works best and is reasonable for what is probably an unreasonable way to sit/stand.

Go to youtube and search for "Coco Rocha 50 poses in 30 seconds".

Fastest, cheapest, easiest modeling school you'll ever go to.  If only all models I shoot did this.
