Well, I'd say you're doing ok. You're not Tyra Banks (yet?), but you've got some stuff Some shots look less polished, fairly obviously due to the skill level of the photographers. I'd say figure out what the minimum level of quality is that you want to portray, and eliminate any shot that doesn't meet that standard. When I say "due to the skill level of the photographers" I mean shots that are framed poorly, cut off bits of limbs or clothing that would be better kept in the image, are poorly retouched or unretouched... etc.

I can point out individual shots to you that I think meet these criteria, but I think you should probably develop that eye for yourself -- ask yourself which ones your favorites are, or which you think look the most "professional" and why.

I would add that there are some that look very similar, you may want to cut your least favorites of those and only keep the strongest.
