I'm not sure if there is a mood or feel you were going for, but I choose A. IMO, it is a more sensual shot. Very lovely. B, on the other hand, has a weird vibe, due in no small part to your expression and your body language.
For the second set: D. Pretty much the same ideas as above, although it is more the lack of seeing your face that kills C for me. Your expression makes D so much better!
Hope this helped!

D is awesome. Good lines in pose, strong expression.
C is kind of "meh" to me...and looks almost accidental, like they caught you between poses.

From an artistic standpoint, I would go with C. The mood you evoke seems more fitting to the location.
Image D really shows off your figure, but your expression just doesn't seem to suit the setting.
I say C.

I actually don't think you have to choose between C or D, I think the images are different enough to have both
one is not better than the other, they're just different

I also like both C and D. Use either, or both, they're good.

I like the voyeuristic appeal of both, C more so than D. D is too joyful to be dark or to dark to be joyful, IMO. while C strikes the balance. D has some composition issues, too.
PS. Please take my comment on "B" with a smiley and grain of salt.

Both C and D are great photos. If I had to choose I'd have to like C better for the same voyeuristic and or candid reason. It is cropped a little oddly but I still like it

The cropping of part of your body in C seems less than effective.
