how do you get that sheen on face and body on a models skin without looking like oil been applied. what are the best make up ways.

Mix a liquid shimmer like Stilla Rose Gold and a moisturizer together.Then apply to skin with a foundation brush. Depending on the look you are going for apply all over the face or apply the high points of the face ( nose , cheeks, chin, tips of ears).

Well moisturized and well exfoliated skin, in my opinion. On dry, flaky, rough skin, you're out of luck and the more you try, the worse it gets.

pretty simple... right use of "light" and well placed highlights with moistured makeup below soft foundation...

A luminizing product such as Smashbox Artifical Lights mixed with your primer and applied before foundation and good highlighting.
