Whatever the Market will Bear! There are some that will do TF shots with you. Just do a Casting Call, looking for a Photographer in your area for TF shots.

Many photographers will shoot test with those (without the experience and ability) who have the potential. I know I have booked some who have zero experience, but I see that they might be awesome, and turns out they are.

The definition of a perfessional is someone who gets PAID for their services. How does the term 'free' find a home within that equation?... it doesn't...
I can have two or three significantly taller, more polished, and more experienced versions you in my studio every day next week from multiple top agencies at no cost for all the test shots I want to take. Your argument doesn't fly.

depends on how you define professional. i think that regardless of level people should be open to trade collaborations that are beneficial to both parties. and i think some wealthy amateurs are actually better than many working pros.
Went to see your port on here and I see why you are looking for a "Free" shoot: You don't have a single decent shot in there.
Post an availability notice or a casting call for a photographer and list it a TfP and see if you get anyone interested. You should also contact your local photography clubs and see if they need a volunteer model ... the club I was a member of did portrait sessions (with models or just regular volunteers) once a month. It's a good way for you to get a couple of at least half decent shots (again in a TfP scenario). Another thing you can try is contact photographers who do basic photography courses ... they can always use volunteers.
