I've been trying to find out how to do that color line that many photographers use to hide models private parts in photos but I cant find the brush or the tool that they use exactly.  Sometimes they do distortions in photos that I think are really great.  Do anyone know how this is done?

Those aren't censor lines...they're a film technique that is usually done in post-processing. It's a preset used in Alien Skin Exposure 4, I know that but I can't remember what film it is...a lo-fi preset that uses light leak.

Give me a sec and I'll look (if someone doesn't answer sooner).

Edit: I'm on my laptop of course and don't have AS Exposure on here but here's a tut on how to do it in Photoshop to create light leaks that simulate the lo-fi look.

The only thing I see hiding private parts in any of those images is a pillow.

Although his examples don't include the effect being used to hide private parts, they are still showing the effect(s).

Make a new layer set to screen mode, fill with black then paint your colors with a soft brush.
