Question to those who may know. If I, an American citizen, take a photo in the US, can I register the copyright in a different country? If so, that makes the WTO decision irrelevant because if I can do it anyone can. Big money movies, songs, etc. can simply be copyrighted in whatever country offers the most protection. Is dual copyright possible? An example being to copyright a photo in both the US and England?
