I see that phrase repeated across the bios of so many female models. I'm like what the hell??? You're telling me THAT many photogs on MM, inbox models about shooting porn they actually have to post a disclaimer? Granted MM, does allow porn sluts to "model" here & too many women have the hideous ''Camera phone in the bathroom mirror" shots in their profiles, but c'mon fellas, not every woman is THAT desperate for money. What say you?
See? You've just proved that marketing strategy works. It's psychology.
Just like when models include "this is not a dating site..." in the bio. A less cynical person than myself might think, "Wow...she must have a lot of guys after her."
Personally, I just think. Yes, the entire world is only interested in hooking up with you because you're just THAT unique. Get over yourself.
I have been approached by people wanting to shoot porn more than once in my modeling career. Not often on MM, but just in general. Nothing in my portfolio screams porn (at least I do not think it does) unless the person decides that nudes equal porn. In that case they are welcome to pay me rates that agree with that ideal and I will just keep on shooting my usual nudes ^_~
so many profiles are copy/paste jobs that it doesnt surprise me to see this phrase or any other multiple times. no porn, no nudes, no lingerie. and the all time fave "Don't even think about it". its not the porn sluts we have to worry about its the copy/paste sluts. Blame Microsoft
I was tempted to start a fake profile with "ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOGRAPHERS" in bold to test the copy/paste theory.
Maybe the few photographers who do make offers for adult work are like the "guy in the club" and playing the law of averages.
100 may say no. But when you find that one model who says, "Sure...I'd love to do your Gonzo video in the back of your VW Camper", you know you've got a keeper.

OP...Did you know..that people on MM actually can read. Those damn Sluts.
Personally speaking, I'm against pornography. In a recent anti-pornography web-cast I saw, it was mentioned how ponographers targeted certain sites in an effort to attract talent. One of the sites mentioned was MM.
I'm thinking that the majority of the time, the "no porn" statements are being used to thwart unwanted solicitations. And perhaps those that have that in their profile were unfortunately approached at least once.
Also agree though with the cut-and-paste statement.
this is what the rules say. but apparently that doesn't stop guys from trying. and how do you define porn anyway?
for my part i've spent happy times with sluts. go sluts. i remember one boudoir shoot where the customer asked my opinion on bad girls (apparently one was after her son). i said bad girls are fun, i don't see a problem. she gave me a funny look.

Constant requests for porn.
Constant.
The best are the "POV Art Nude" shoots.
The requests are most common on new profiles, they look like they haven't decided what they're doing yet, they look like the fake porn profiles, or they just look like they won't know what POV means.
Carl Roberts wrote: So "Porn" is is the explicit portrayal of sexual subject matter for the purpose of sexual gratification
And a "Slut" is someone that has loose sexual morals or who is sexually promiscuous.
I still say if you are doing "Porn" then by definition you are a "Slut"
Unless you're talking about pedophilia or rape, morals and sex don't actually have anything to do with one another.
"loose sexual morals" makes no sense, unless you actually mean they have poor morals in regards to sex, which would make them a sexual predator, a sex offender, or just a criminal, not a slut.
