I have my eyes on a nice commercial space in S Boston, just over the bridge at black falcon pier...
It's alomost 1900sf and looks pretty good for a cool little studio.
Has a bathroom, kitchenette, office...
Nice light too...
Waiting to hear back on all the specifics, but it apears pretty reasonable and has been empty for a while.

I have a regular job, kids and child support, so I KNOW I can't go it alone... looking for one or 2 people to share the space with...

If anyone is interested. gimme me a shout.

OK, glad to hear that there might be SOME interest
from a few pics I've seen, it looks like it might be a perfect place to set up...
As soon as I hear back from the landlord on terms and costs I will send along to whoever's interested and we can go from there...
Hopefully can get a few locked in so the cost is low

Well, It doesn't look too god...
I have sent a couple of mails and have still had no response.
Apparently they don't have a need for the income

actually finally heard back...
the space is available and it's 2351 monthly, 1-2 year lease.. heated.
only thing paid by tenant is electricity, no taxes, nothing else.
Gonna try to take a look this week...
If interested, PM me here and I can send you a small vid of the space , taken by the realtor.
