Are these safe for cleaning lenses (or more realistically UV filters that I always put on a virgin lens to protect the lens)?

Not knowing what's in 'em, I'd have to err on the side of caution and say NO.

Photographic lens cleaning requires that NO film of any kind be left behind, lest you ruin the optical qualities of the lens. This one says "natural," (what on earth does that mean in this context?); "no chemical additives," (what does THAT mean in this context); "anti-static," (which really scares the crap out of me -- just what "anti-static" agent is gonna do THAT?).

You can't use eyeglasses wipes because they usually leave behind a wax polish, and you can't use "natural" wipes intended for skin because they probably have lanolin.

The result is that unless if was specifically made for photographic lenses, and says so on the package in big bold letters, I'd never use it.

There is really no reason need to physically clean the lens unless you stick you nose on the lens.

I don't use filter, I blast some air from a bulb or brush with antistatic soft brush.  If I touch my lens which is very rare, I brush and use 1 drop windex or HPLC grade Methanol and old clean towel to wipe off the oily mark.  I don't use my breath.

Best way to clean photographic lenses, as far as I am concerned, is to use PHOTO lens tissues and a drop or two of Kodak Photo Lens Cleaner solution, a 2 oz bottle of which ought to be a truly a lifetime supply.

Their description says that there's no chemical additives so they're probably lint free wipes with a little deionized water on them... which pretty much sums up most brands of screen cleaners / lens cleaners.

If it's good enough for a computer screen (which is MUCH easier to scratch than a glass filter) and truly is just water or other product that doesn't remove coatings I'd have no problem using it, but I personally prefer a microfiber cloth, dampened if neccessary.
