Lately, I have had a few people who have dry spots around the corners of their eyes I'm assuming due to allergies. Obviously, I can't have them exfoliate in that area.
My big problem is that when lining with gel liner it will not stick for anything if the skin is dry right there. I've tried light moisturizer but that doesn't seem to help much either. Any ideas/suggestions for products or techniques? Should I just avoid gel liner all together for people with dry skin?

You layer some vasoline or really rich eye cream in that area. Pile it on like a big glob. Work on the rest of the face then wipe it off before doing the eyes. EA 8 hour is good for this too.
I actually get that in winter. Sometimes it gets so dry it cracks & bleeds & my eyes water in that outer corner all day.
Strangely enough I feel like it isn't so bad since I've started having Botox in my crows feet. Failing that I always put paw paw ointment or organic rose hip oil there before I start applying my makeup.
Thanks Guys!I always have vaseline in my kit so I'll try that next time. I also might go for liquid liner next time also since it seems like it might flow over the dry spot a bit better.
