woke up this morning to hear in the news that a ex police just killed one police and injured tow more in riverside county areas.
The CHP said early Thursday that Dorner is believed to be driving a blue or gray Nissan Titan, with two possible California license plates, 8D83987 or 7X09131. It is possible he is changing license plates on the vehicle, authorities said.
PLease stay away form him if you see him

Self Preservation is no longer important to me. I do not fear death as I died long ago on 1/2/09. I was told by my mother that sometimes bad things happen to good people. I refuse to accept that.
From 2/05 to 1/09 I saw some of the most vile things humans can inflict on others as a police officer in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in the streets of LA. It was in the confounds of LAPD police stations and shops (cruisers). The enemy combatants in LA are not the citizens and suspects, it’s the police officers.
People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. How ironic that you utilize a fixed glass structure as your command HQ. You use as a luminous building to symbolize that you are transparent, have nothing to hide, or suppress when in essence, concealing, omitting, and obscuring is your forte.

Why didn’t you charge me with filing a false police report when I came forward stating that XXXX kicked Mr. XXXX? You file criminal charges against every other officer who is accused and terminated for filing a false police report. You didn’t because you knew I was innocent and a criminal court would find me innocent and expose your department for suppressing the truth and retaliation, that’s why.

I just skimmed thru his manifesto. Other than his scathing critique of the LAPD and his declaration of war on them this stuck out to me.

He also talks about how the LAPD hasn't changed since the days of Rampart and Rodney King and talks about being frustrated that those officers are now in positions of authority.
LAPD has puled all of their motorcycle cops off the street and they say they have 40 protection details out. That means there are 40 people on his hit list.... not to mention the bike cops. Jesus.
A reporter just asked the LAPD police chief, "He says the killing will continue until you clear his name. Will you do that?"

Let me be clear: I don't agree with his response. AT ALL. In fact I don't much believe in violence except in direct defense and under threat.
That said, what if he's telling the truth about the LAPD? What if they still condone open racism at an institutional level and turn a blind eye to an internal culture of accepted abuse and violence?

I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was true.
But, you can't wag your finger at them for doing wrong and then go on a killing spree.

It means being a good cop in certain departments will have risks.

The article I just read said he was a Navy Reservist. Just because he was in the military doesn't mean he his a trained killer. He is a rifle marksmen which is the lowest qualification. Also unless he was a SEAL he is not a sniper unless he got trained as such in the LAPD.
Seems to me that men like him are not going to allow themselves to be taken alive. Living in a cage just doesn't work very well for them. LAPD will take him out, or he will take himself out is my bet. The only question remaining is how many innocent people will be injured or killed before this is over. Hopefully, none.
What makes this situation particularly worrisome is that as an ex-cop he is well aware of police procedures and knows exactly what to expect which, I think, makes him extremely dangerous compared to your average nut-case.

I wish I knew. But I do know what you don't do. And that's go on a killing spree and threaten to kill your ex-coworkers families and try to justify it by saying they are corrupt.
