CA or VA? That's the equivalent of saying "France or Poland"...
Bit more info on the nature of the 'danger' she is in would be nice.
Was this a model job she was going for or has she simply run away from home with some bloke she met online?
How do you know the man is dangerous?
Do you have a link to the Police missing persons report or something?
Please post a link to the media story or other info available on her being reported missing. It could be important to have if someone here contacts their local police to report they've seen her.
I'm sure we will all keep an eye out for her and wish for her safe return.

I am all for knowing more about this - verification, news accounts, but....
Am I missing something? You are the second one in this thread who says the 'missing person' logged into their account today. To me, it says JANUARY 13th.

Thanks for following up on that folks. I think it's probably a simple mistake. Today is the 13th and when you look at the profile, it just happened to be exactly a month ago that she logged in.
Anyways... hope all works out for the best and we learn a bit more soon

Bumping this thread as I would like an explanation from the OP. Both she and the 'missing model' have both been on MM in the last couple of days.
Oversight? Man, give me a break. We are told that a young woman is missing, empathy is shared, fears are considered, and now.................... nothing.
why is Caleb dangerous?
why would a 17 year old have driven off to California or Virginia?
why would a 17 year have flown(?) to california or virginia to meet a man alone?
not saying these things couldn't happen, but they are relevant questions to at least conclude why Caleb is dangerous
also, are you the knight or the knave, what about caleb?

It was TEN DAYS ago that the OP warned the world that this happened. A few days ago, the girl who was allegedly missing was on her MM page and the OP was on here yesterday.
So panic was screamed and she wanted everyone to post the info everywhere. She also asked people to 'call the police.' I wonder if she did that herself and if there is a link to a police report we can examine for ourselves.
And we never heard from her again. Let me state that again: Aside from her original posting, we never got a reply or an update from the OP.
My thoughts are that these types of 'warning threads' shouldn't be allowed in the fora unless they can be substantially verified before someone sticks their neck out for a random posting.

I sent a simple tag to the OP asking for some clarification. She has been on the site yesterday as well as today. The 'missing model' was on the site yesterday.
I can only assume that this was all teen drama bullshit. So anyone that was concerned, felt anxiety, thought that maybe 'Caleb' as a dirty, perverted photographer... the joke's been on us, I suppose.

Is this a flim flam? Have we been "slimed" by rubbish.
what the hey?
Perhaps this was a briggable action and the op is not able to post, that is the only excusable reason for the panic-shout and run here.

You think stressed loved ones are obligated to stick around and debate with a bunch of idiots about whether they should help with the hunt of their loved ones or not?
If this is legitimate it was likely no more than a cyber poster nailed to a cyber telephone pole. They moved on to post their flyers on the next blocks poles.

The only real offense here is you harassing her about it, seriously. Her friend went Missing. She was concerned and worried about her. Obviously since she hasn't come back/we haven't heard anything more, she must have gotten a hold of her friend. No need to make more out of it than you already have- because the only person bumping this thread continually, and keeping it going, is YOU.
Relax, let it drop off the pages. If the OP is still concerned, she'll come back to post i'm sure.
Still cannot find one news story on TV or newspaper about this.
There's an interesting post on the Facebook page though:
"TWO OTHER WOMEN FROM COLORADO THAT HAVE GONE MISSING SINCE OCT. 2012 HAVE ONLINE MODELING PROFILES!!! Kelsie Schelling and Kara Nichols. Kara Nichols had a Model Mayhem account, JUST LIKE RAVEN!! Please, if you have seen Raven or the vehicle she was last seen in, call me 303-332-2847 or mom 720-329-0914 or the police!https://www.facebook.com/HelpFindRavenCassidyFurlong"
Goodness, all these missing girls who also just happened to have MM accounts.

I disagree with you. Sorry. As I said, it has been CAMed. It is my belief that the thread is not innocuous. If you don't wish to participate, then don't.
EDIT: considering the original post and all that it contained, a simple tag asking for the OP to update the people she was asking to help her is harassment? O_o

I get what you are saying here, but I just can't get on-board. For all of our quirks and pissing contests, we are a completely dysfunctional but very lovable community.
Saying your friend is missing and asking anyone who knows something to get in touch is one thing. Saying someone is in **extreme** danger is quite another.
If the OP has found her pal then, IMHO, she owes it to the community to let us know that all is well or perhaps she overreacted a little. If the OP is just a drama-queen well, then she needs to know that false alarms claiming that people are in grave danger is completely unacceptable and take her lumps like so many others before her have had to do.
As we all know, at least one recent MIA didn't end well at all.
Some people actually **care** and that's a **good** thing!

Only excusable reason....
Hi,
I do not think staying around argueing is worthy for concerned loves ones yet, one HUGE thing that I would expect is being told who we should communicate our potential sitings too. Right? At least a link to the local police contact or something. Otherwise, can you imagine the random police clerk who answers the call, "ring, ring, 'hello?' "hi, I read on an internet llama/photographer forum that a lady was missing and I think I see her." 'Um, what?'

Just IMHO
Yes, dissing us for our worry isn't very nice either.
