You could pose with something Valentines themed to cover you if you want it to be sexy and valentine's themed. This would be implied, so I don't know where you stand.

You could do a shoot of all the things you love about him, like a story line, if you want to be cute.

Something he loves like a sports team or a hobby? Do a sexy version of that.

Guys aren't particularly picky about these things. He'll love it just cause its you.

a little suggestion...do this next year. Coming here the night before Valentines day asking for shoot advice is skin to buying the red panty rose at your local Exxon station as a gift.

OP,  It's too late to be thinking of that now.  11th hour gifts reek of forgetfulness.  Plus trying to pass this off as a TF shoot will seem to either or both your partner and the photographer that you are not sincere.  After all is it a gift and not a TF shoot or is it a TF shoot an not a gift?  Plus what was your plan for delivery?  A CD of digital images?  Emailing them?

My advice is that you save up for next year.  Buy some nice new outfits that he hasn't seen you in before, get your hair, makeup, and nails done, and pick out a really nice location to shoot at.  Then hire a photographer who specializes in this genre of portraiture to create guaranteed high quality shots and will be able to combine those images into a beautiful physical gift to give to your partner.  He will love it more than just a CD and knowing that you probably just came on here for a last minute session.  It will have more value.

Take some sexy selfies in the mirror and text them to him. I doubt your bf will care about quality shots... He just wants to see you.
