I have done a couple of new TF shoots for port work with some great images that I am very excited about and I am looking to REPLACE some of my current images in my portfolio, but I am having a hard time deciding!

There are several factors involved in this - what 'looks' do I want to show to the community? Certainly on other sites I will post other images, and I already have some separations in mind as to how I want to appeal to certain communities, what kind of model I want to portray myself as - for what kind of work I want to do - or what kind of art I want to help create.

But the hardest part I am facing right now, what do I replace here? I am not quite ready to go back to premium...
My top row of images are all new, so they show weight loss and a fun new attitude and some COLOR! I will NOT be replacing those, but if you feel strongly if any should be replaced, please tell me why.

Thank you so much! I hope you have fun looking at some images. I'll have fun looking through the images of those who reply!

Honestly? All of them, except maybe these two:
https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/1 … 68e47e.jpg
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31564177 (18+)
For now.
Because you asked why...
Your posing is very cheesy. I get you want to do art nudes and alternative, but look at art nude posing to do art nudes, and look at alt models to do that. Secondly, please tell me you did not use the same lipstick for your lady parts as you did for your face. I know this sounds harsh, but you just got bacteria all up in that make up. Meaning those shots probably will make some people cringe. Not good. You have a shot where you are squatting over a toilet. It is not sexy, or dramatic. It is awkward. I am sorry for being so blunt, but it all comes off as tasteless. You can do better. I'd take the risk with just trying the new photos only.

Thank you for your honest and thorough input, I really do apprecaite it. No need to apologize for being harsh or blunt. It really helps to see things from another model's perspective, rather than just hearing that I'm 'doing good work' from my photographers. Even if the photographers have been doing this for 40+ years and are published. So thank you. I'll keep everyone's opinions in mind before I make my decisions.

Anyone else up for a look? This will greatly help me improve. Thanks.
I'll have fun looking through the port of anyone who replies with an answer and you'll get a couple comments/lists.

Oh hon, I kind of agree. Your photographers aren't doing you justice honestly. It all seems just for shock value. I'd shoot a set in a heartbeat if you were closer.

Aww well thanks.
Well so far I have two images I would keep and the other ten I would replace....
Well I had it in mind that some of my more risque/alt work I would just keep on Fetlife anyways...  I have some fashion and some conceptual work coming in that I think MM would like!

I'm curious if there are any other opinions that go up against the two opinions already in this thread.

I concur. Nothing amazing there. I will go out on a limb and say I like this just because it's cutesy

But your photographers are definitely not helping the cause.

Mostly agree.  There are a couple I like.  Since you need 4 photos in your profile minimum, I would keep these:
18+ https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/1 … dd56_m.jpg
18+ https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/1 … c59e_m.jpg
18+? https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/1 … 8375_m.jpg
https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/1 … e47e_m.jpg

and then add your new stuff to it.

For a while I thought that was a strong port piece... But it was before my weight loss. Thank you for taking the time to look.

This x100.

Please, those lipstick photos are not helping you or the photographer. Quality not quantity.

Take a look at portfolios of experienced. See what you like and dislike. Take what you like and try to recreate the feeling or mood. Try to create attractive poses and work with photographers who will work with you.

I have done a ton of new stuff that I can't wait to get back. Hopefully I have recreated some of what I have seen around and had fun with it.

Okay. I took your guys' advice, but I kept this one, so there's a total of 5:
(18+) https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31564177 (18+) I had to keep it because of the expression and implications with the collar.

I appreciate everyone's feedback. smile Very kind of you all who replied! (Next time I would like it if more models replied, balance it out with the photographers, but hey, I'm grateful for the photographers helping me out!
