How does a photog manage the monthly MM VIP membership fee for a trade model?

I've been asked to consider trading a few shoots each month in exchange for the VIP membership in addition to assisting her with some promotion.

How would I pay for the model's monthly fee each month without just giving her the money?

VIP membership is $10 a month.  You're getting "a few shoots" for that?

It's inclusive with the dozen or so TF shoot images chosen. It was suggested in exchange for a couple of scheduled reshoots per month.

The model gets different genre shots with each shoot. I get the opportunity of working with the different genres with a reliable model. And the model also gets the VIP to be able to add more images to her profile.

Seemed like an ok arrangement.
