Translate into more work?

Edit: I have no names or examples to give as it was just a question.

My question was derived by my curiosity around the clever names we all use and I was wondering if a more salacious name indeed attracts more work.

My profile name comes from the two espalier pear trees on my studio.

A name is part of the branding and usually indicates what the seller is selling, so I would expect a photographer who has a name along the lines of "iluvbigboobies" would have no problem getting a model who is aspiring to be the next Penthouse Pet but struggle to book a model who aspires to be in Vogue.
On the same level a model with the name "ihavebigboobies" would probably be flooded with offers from photographers looking for a Penthouse styled shoot but struggle to be taken seriously by a high end fashion photographer.
Whether that leads to more work or not would depend wholly on whether the model/photographer is smart enough to market themselves to their respective markets- or not.
