It would not affect my view of the model to see them in an "ad" like this. It might affect my view of the photographer/artist who created the "ad", but not the model.
If I made something with images from a shoot with a signed general release and then the model asked me to take it down / not use the images in that manner, I would probably be annoyed no matter how nicely they said it. I might be less likely to work with them in the future, but I would also probably use model images for charged issues again without running it by the model(s) first.
Just saw your resolution. That was a good compromise.
