Me too!! The ABR800!! I can't wait to take it out and work with it!! My wife - God love her (me too!) - pulled off a major coup by purchasing it and getting it into the house without me seeing it!!

That's a cool shot, but I imagine that the true power of it is when used outside or with other softboxes.
Can you shoot it off the camera?
I am not too fond of having the light in the same angle as the camera.

still learning with mine, and yes you can use it off camera, but then its just another strobe.
