Opteka makes a few shoulder rigs and follow focus products. Which one are you talking about?

Depend on use because you get what you pay for. too cheap it will flex or the knobs will come lose i would spend the extra buck to look at a useful rig that is right for your style of shooting some good manufacturers are zacutto, ikan, genus, red rock.
