I liked the concept in this B&W. One suggestion would be to position that model in front of a darker building or background. As it looks, her hair blends a lot into the background. Not sure if that's the look you were going for, but it distracts from the model too much for me.
It might be interesting to have a few shots of her looking away from the camera's eye, as well.

I like the pose and the background. If anything, I might try not to crop such small bits of the head and hand out, as it looks like it's between wanting to be zoomed in or zoomed out. And maybe trade some of the negative space on the left of the model and put it on the right of her. See how that look grabs you.
Nice start, though. Keep shooting.
