I like it.  Nice detail and real skin. I would prefer a little less exposure and take care of the distracting hot spot on her nose.

Photographicaly a sound picture... I'm not sure on het mouth... (should it be closed,, more open... ?) for now i find it distracting somehow, and leads me away from her eyes, which should be the focal point...

Some things to consider:

With the tight crop, I could do without the hands behind the head and the messed up hair. Also on this point the hair on the right side of the part looks odd.

Maybe try shooting her level with her eyes or a bit below. If you do this then try with the chin down a bit so you don't shoot up her nose. I want to see her eyes more.

No lipstick but she has eye and face makeup?

Otherwise, and overall it looks good to me. I like the depth of field and the exposure looks good. The comment about the hotspot on the nose is interesting. The more I look at it the more I tend to agree.
