Based on this image below,

is this the correct way to reduce the redness of the skin? Does the skin tone looks real? Should I tone down the yellow as well? Should I add some tan?

I think is all a matter of taste really but in this particular case the yellows are a bit high for my taste!!

Again is all a matter of taste, but yeah it looks better to me! What you can always do is change the wall/rock slightly to make it more contrasty!! :-)
