I watched some of the video. What I watched was pretty boring. There was no art being made. No social commentary. No political protest. Really nothing of value except that the models were nude in public. Kind of pointless really.

Not me... no way in Hell... an easy way to fuckup your future with a criminal record and a sure fire way to get your name listed on some sex offender website.  And if you don't have a permit to exhale, blink your eyes and sneeze while naked, you'll be paying healthy no permit fines too... hmm   Definitely NOT worth the risk... wink

--You sound like you know what you're talking about. What about shooting nudes in Griffith Park. ( I know some of the park rangers can be really nasty.)
But you think this would be an automatic arrest?

I live in OC and would not suggest a stunt like that. I am also struggling with two shoot concepts I want to do one in underwear and one topless. Trying to do it at risk, unpermitted on public parklands. I will probably ditch the whole shoot. It just isn't worth it to me.

I agree with that. I think the fat kid was shooting with a kit lens.

I was interested in one model/actress once.  When I Goggled her, it led me to her porn video made in some LA city park.

Act I:
Her eating some ice cream cone and doing some sexy talk with the videographer guy.  Then there were voices and the camera went to the ground and a lot of talk was going on and then "Scene black."

Act II:
The model and camera guy were now in his apartment and a lot of couch talk.  Camera quality was visibly worse too.  The couch talk was about his gear getting confiscated by the cops for evidence as they approached them in the park.  He was thanking her for knowing the proper jargon to keep any arrest out of the matter even though his gear was taken.  Cops recognized her and assumed it was a porn shoot with out a permit and were going to build a case based on the confiscated video camera.  Must have happened before with her as she seemed unfazed by the ordeal, but the camera guy was sure upset.

Was sort of interesting though.  Often wondered if he got his gear back and how and what became of it all.  They may have kept it for their own amusement too.

I've run the Bay to Breakers every year for the last eight years. Back in 2008 I even came in 1st place in the costume contest. About 3 years ago they started really cracking down on nudity during the race. It's now plastered all over the race materials, in the registration area, etc. I've personally witnessed police giving tickets for public indecency during the race more times than I can count.
