When I was around 10 years old, I asked for (and got) a 4 foot tall plastic plant for x-mas one year.
Yeah, the kind you'd see in cheaply decorated waiting rooms in the 80's.
Your kid seems pretty normal. wink

one of these has been my living room recliner since December. It wasn't bad once I put a sleeping bag in it for warmth.

I was at a spa the other day and sat in one for the first time (in a "Himalayan Salt Cave").  It was immensely comfortable and I'm thinking of getting one!
