You don't need to make 2 threads, stick to one.

T asked a legitimate question. What's a fashion studio? Is it the personal studio of a fashion photographer, and you're the staff, MUA? Can't really help without knowing the situation.

I am working for a clothing company. It is a legitimate company that has about 500 employees. We basically are the people who creates the website. I'm part of a staff but I am a part of the studio team, stylists, photographers, photo editors, models, etc...

Salary completely depends on the local market you are in unless you travel extensively.  Charge whatever your market will support.  In other words, you should ask local people in the same career field.

A salary it is not.  Salary infers regular payments.  Unless you're working for someone or some company and receiving payments every two weeks, or every week, or every month, or whatever is agreed upon, it's a payment for services rendered.

In regards to your question, call around and ask MUAs in your area.
