probably for the best. bigger balls retain more of their juices when you cook them. i for one would much rather stuff a dozen big, juicy, flavourful balls in my mouth than four dozen tiny shriveled ones.

They're from a recipe I found on tumblr.

Garlic, salt, pepper, ginger, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, apple juice. They're nice and sweet at first and then they kick you in the face.

I don't even read the intended amount when it comes to baked goods, I'm gonna eat half the batter before it makes it anywhere near the oven in the first place so its useless

don't know why i didn't think to mention this earlier, but a good quick way to relieve the burning sensation is a mouthful of cream. you can spit it out after if you're worried about calories, but swallowing's good for your throat.
