...the whole traveling thing is.

Damn, it's just a whole lot of planning! I haven't done it in so long, I lost touch with how intense the whole process is.

yeah, it is.

I have an upcoming trip that requires a visa too.  So now I have to drive up to SF on a work day, stand in a line for 2-3 hours and give them money, just so I can spend money in their country.

after that, I still have to pack, get to airport early as fuck and do that flying/jetlag shit.

and parking car at airport, getting sitter for dog.  etc.

Oh cool, rice and a panda! sweet! Will you also pick me up one of those cool straw hats to wear while I eat the rice, and cuddle the angry panda?

I've been through Denver but didn't spend any amount of time there much. It supposed to be pretty bad-ass.

Denver is totally overrated. Unless you like mountains, hiking, skiing, craft beer, great food, friendly people, etc. I can spend time in Denver.

I kind of love all those things, except skiing, because winter sucks ass. My new boyfriend swears we're going to ice climb this winter, and I'm like: yikes

Is your trip panning out okay? I can set people on fire for you next time I head home, I always enjoy that.

Yeah, it's coming together much better than I anticipated actually -- thanks, in part to your suggestions.  smile
