I am an Advertisement Agent, It’s really nice reading back from you from MM through one of our photographer for this Job and here are more information about the assignment, A client wants to launch a new brandof fashion outfit which will be update on Catalog with the new month release Fashion outfits.This assignment is to encourage the upcoming models in the industry she is affiliated with the Academy Art, you don't have to worried about your experience or present look because we have specialist stylist and make Up artist who will bring the real beauty out of you. Job Location The shooting will be hold at a rented photographers studio in your location, so you don't have to worry about traveling, the name and address of the studio will be forwarded to you , all make up will be taken care of in the studio. You can come along with anybody of your choice on the day of the shooting, your mum, dad,friend,body-guard anybody you wish to come with just for you to feel more comfortable. Job details You have 12 different Fashion outfits to cover, which would be provided by our client on the day of the shooting. Job percentage The total pay for the jobs is $2500 but you will get an upfront payment of $500 plus the wardrobe fee which you will send to the wardrobe manager to get you stuffs that you will use for the shooting,The $500 is upfront Part payment,that will be given to you before the shoot and it will come in form of check and the remaining balance will Be paid to you in cash at the shooting venue,immediately after the Shoot. So, they send you a check for $2,500 and expect you to forward $2,000 of it to a wardrobe person. They hope you send the $2,000 off before you realize that their $2,500 check bounces. Got the check for $1000 (Even though the email said a $500 up front for good faith and wardrobe fees),which they told me 250 is mine and the rest is to be sent as a money gram to wardrobe (that is what i dont get about this is the 250 for myself thing),tried to cash the check and american express said it was fake and so did chase. Why the last time I won the Nigerian Lottery, I sent them so many of my personal details, it would be next to impossible for them confuse me with anyone else. Any unsolicited opportunities Any communication seeking your personal identifying information Any communication seeking your bank account info or credit/debit card info Any deal requiring you to deposit funds then forward all/part of the funds to someone else. Any deal asking to use your bank account because they somehow don't have access to one. The Nigerian scams come in a wide variety of different forms. They are sometimes called 419 schemes, after a section of the Nigerian penal code. Believe it or not, the US Secret Service has been the central federal law enforcement agency for these scams, although the Postal Inspectors and FBI also have jurisdiction over mail fraud. Two things to be mindful of... You can report an email, but the probability is that nothing is going to done unless someone has actually lost money, and the US Attorneys usually won't prosecute a fraud case unless the total losses are at least $100,000. Second, these scams can sometimes turn ugly. There have been cases where the victim is invited to travel to Lagos to finalize the deal.
