yeah i just lost my longest booking due to a legit family crisis (cancer=yuck) but still burns me also.
luckily im local though so i can take my time, i hope you're able to find some people to book you enough to make up for it quick though! At the very least a lot of girls may be able to book you for customs there and secure you an amount in advance with their deposits... best wishes xoxo

There's always next year theres a roundtrip ticket from AR to central florida by allegiant airlines (theyre super cheap and easy-Thats what she said lol) for under $250 and a lot of girls have been asking to split rooms with me so theres a bunch of them to coordinate with there to cut that cost in about half.
ive used that airline a bunch cause they fly to smaller airports so theres not as much security time or long lines to check in.. and i hate waiting. theyre clean and reliable

If I can get money saved then maybe. But I haven't been saving because I thought for once things would work out. Oh well, it's just a con.

There's always next year Sorry to hear your sponsor bailed but like you just said there's always next year so start saving now for 2015. Heck if you stash just ten bucks a week that'll pay for your room right there. Save your change.... maybe find a roomie for next year...lots of stuff you can do so next year you can join the fun.
And just sayin'...the spare change we have in a jar will easily cover our room this year so it can be done. Good luck!

As was said we will be setting up "quiet areas" so those of you that don't want to scream your conversations LOL (such as myself) will have a place to go. The Meet and Greet last year was a mess, primarily it was because no one would actually go inside and walk down the hall, we spent all night trying to get people to go inside but we could not. Almost everyone stayed in the doorway area and it really got congested. Hopefully we can fix that issue this year.
The pool has pretty much always had the music and such. The problem is that as the Con grows in popularity so does the pool. The crowds there are bigger then ever again not much we can do with it. But the music was very well received in general, at least as far as the feedback we got. This thread would have been better served I think last year as its would have been easier to change if in fact it needs to. We realize we can not please everyone, we really do wish we could but its just not possible. Please bear with us as we try. Hopefully the Quiet areas will work. If not, please feel free to shoot us suggestions. If you send them to me, they will get read and responded to..... See you guys all real soon! Thank you all for setting this up each year and putting you with what you do!
Though I'm not staying at the hotel this year ....thanks to everyone who pre-booked me making my trip possible! To those of us who rely on that each year I thank you straight from my heart.
I can't to see everyone for the last time and have an amazing time!
